These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for tree work. When we do a job for you, the estimate you approve is the agreement for that work.

The information here

We keep this site accurate and current, but everything on it is general information, not a quote or a promise. What a job costs and how it's done depend on the tree and the site, and none of it is settled until we've looked at it with you.

Using the site

Please use this site for what it's for: learning about us and getting in touch. Don't try to break it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful, threatening or deceptive.

What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to M&S Tree Service, LLC or to the people we licensed them from. You're welcome to share a link to any page. Please ask before copying the content for commercial use.
