How we do it.
South Texas brush comes back fast. A lot that sat for a few years fills in with mesquite, huisache and scrub until you can't walk through it. We clear it with skid steers, saws and the chipper, and leave open ground you can build on, fence or mow.
We clear house lots, fence lines, pastures and the overgrown back half of a property. Trees worth keeping stay. Everything else comes out and goes away.
We do this work in Portland, Taft, Gregory, Sinton, Odem, Calallen, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Woodsboro, Corpus Christi, plus Refugio. Free estimates everywhere we go.

Can you clear a lot before we build?
Yes. We clear house lots down to open ground so the builder can start.
Will you leave some of the trees?
Yes. Walk the lot with us on the estimate and point out the ones you want to keep.
Do you grind the stumps after clearing?
We can. Stumps and roots are handled as part of the estimate if you want the ground ready to build or mow.
Can you clear a lot for a new house or a fence line?
Yes. House lots, fence lines and overgrown acreage are cleared down to open ground with skid steers, saws and chippers.
Do you grind out the stumps after clearing?
We can. Tell us what the ground needs to be ready for, building, fencing or mowing, and we'll include stumps and roots on the estimate.
Do you burn the brush?
No. Brush is chipped on site or loaded up and hauled away.
Do you clear acreage outside of town?
Yes. Odem, Taft, Sinton, Woodsboro and the country roads in between are all in our area.
